The Agreement Of Trims And Improving The Foreign Direct Investment Law Of China

In order to flnd out the foreign investtheni law which is in accordance withthe agreement of TRIMs and the interests of china, this thesis tries to analyse theadvantages and disadvantages of the foreign invesrment policy of the host countrywith the MacDougall's model and Chinese practice, and then offer suggestions onthe direction of our foreign investrient law.The thesis is composed of four parts:l.Introducing the requests, principles and tendency of the agreement ofTRIMs.2.Finding out the differences between the fOreign investment law of Chinaand the agreement of TRIMs.3.Analysing the welfare of the restriction and preferential polices of the hostcountry.4.Offering suggestions on innovation on the basis of the above.
