SUNe Vision Holdings Limited——A Study Of Development Strategy Of An E-Commence Company

SUNeVision Holdings Limited, a leading provider of Internet infrastructure and c-solution in the Hong Kong and Asia market, provides services of Internet services center, broadband network, office business solution, household browsing solution, property service web site, Insurance service web site, bank service web site, online auction web site, exchange portal web site and cyber bookstore. In this thesis, we analysis the successful factors of SUNeVision in development strategic in the c-commence industry. There are two parts in this thesis; the first part is the case part, which mainly introduces the background information, core business and development status of SUNeVision Holdings Limited. The second part is the case analysis part, which includes the status of Hong Kong c-commence industry, c-commence industry analysis, SUNeVision抯 diversification analysis, and SUNeVision抯 core competence analysis. We will also try to find out the main reasons of the success of SUNeVision from the above analysis.
