The implement of Green Manufacturing should be controlled on its initiative during the process of the whole life cycle of the product to improve the green degree and market competitiveness of the product. This paper studies on not only the major concepts and theories of the whole life cycle manufacturing strategy of product and its assessment, but also the model and algorithm of the decision-making assessment for the key techniques by applied AITh method and Fuzzy-AHP method. Based on the studies on the concept of Green Product and the establishment of the matrix model of the whole life cycle, this paper mainly states the analysis on the importance degree of the restrictive factors of green design, the algorithm flow for the assessment of the product design alternatives; the system of green supply chains; the decision-making model and algorithm of optimized design of green production planning; to determine the subordination function by probability and further to calculate the subordination degree of the index and the algorithm flow of green process selection; the assessment of the whole life cycle of green package; the recycling method for the waste and used items; and decision-making model for its recycling alternatives; the concept and measurement for product multi-life-cycle. As an end, this paper studies the system and method of assessment index for green degree of the product and establishes two series of assessment index system for the comprehensive assessment of Green Product by the horizontal axis and vertical axis of matrix model with different meanings in practice.
