Research on the method of enterprise property assessment, pointing at the actualcondition of our country, in order to meet the demand of enterprise assessment. On thebasis of reference related documents ,concluding that the method of profit value is thefirst selection among all the method. The discussion of this paper center on how tocalculate the parameters. Regarding the profit value, advance comprehensive integratedmodel, which includes three single mathematical model. The model avoid the defect ofthe single model ,which only can reflect single fluctuate .Regarding reward rate ,makedata of the company on the market as the foundation target. By dim comprehensiveevaluation method ,compare the factors interrelated with the risk reward rate between theassessed company and the company on the market. According to the outcome of thecompare, adjusts the foundation target, and the outcome is the reward rate of assessedcompany. The analysis of actual instance is carried out, and result proved the method issuitable for the bulk of middle or small enterprises.
