During the present reforms of civil trials in the ascendant, the lawyers' rule in the proceeding becomes more and more important. At first, the author analysis the current situation of lawyer's agene service in the civil lawsuit in our country in a positive method and pointed its problems. Secondly, the anther impelled the peculiar cultural backgrounds in which the lawyers intervene action and companied and analysis the rule of lawyers in the two families of law; thirdly, the anther repeated the lawyers' role in the civil lawsuit by the legal philosophic method, that is, protector for the client's legal rights, an ally and judge to a judge and professional adversaries in the two poles in the action. At last, the anther put forward that we should do our best to perfect the mechanism of lawsuit in which the lawyers participate and bring fully into play.
