The Theory And Method Research Of The Establishment Of Entrepreneur Restriction System Of China

In modern economy society, principal-agent problem caused by the it抯 relationship is a very common phenomenon in enterprises characterized by the spa ration of property right and management right, which centers on adverse selections, moral hazard and concealed violation of regulations. This paper deals with the establishment of china抯 entrepreneur restriction system in the conditions of socialism market economy. In accordance with the above-mentioned three problem, it analyzes and researches the characteristics, the engendered conditions the design of the restriction mechanism and the establishment of restriction subsystem of each problem respectively. Finally it proposes the theory construction consisting of four subsystem and makes qualitative analysis of it抯 whole operation and it抯 operating effects.
