| The security market in china has become attractive and exemplary in the transformation of the traditional planed economy into the market-oriented one. Seen form whichever aspect, the security market is the sphere which has the fastest development, the widest influence and the deepest effect upon the society in the economic transformation. The mutual development between the public company which is the main body of the market and the local region deserves special attention .This problem provides us with much materials and a totally new question for study. This thesis aims at handling the reciprocal motivation between the public company and the local region, the possible way of establishing the reciprocal motive system.Based on the successful example of Jiangyin----one of the original places of "the South JiangSu Model", the thesis, tracing the reciprocal motivation between company and the local region, probes the landing role that the public company plays in the regional development. It also studies the mutual coordination between the social system with the local government in the center and the public company. Both an important factor of the local economic development and a key element of the social system.
