According to the phenomenon that many stocks are given to stock holders in our country's second level markets, the author analyzes the present situation of Chinese corporations in stock market, combines theories of dividend distribution, takes examples from the agricultural corporation in stock market, she mainly talks about the influencing factors of corporation's stock dividend in our country in this paper. Many researchers discovered that our country's Corporations?stock dividend get the influence of total capital stock, equity structure and each share profit. Dividend distribution policy is to be adopted when proportion of dividend and preserving profit is determined. The goal of dividend policy should be: the corporations should not only send bonus to stock holders and make them satisfied but also increase internal capital source and reduce the cost of collecting funds. The dividend distribution of corporation is to transmit its profits in the future to the public.
