The thesis's total focus of attention is how to promote the development of the non-state investment in real estate. The author try to cut-in from resident purchasing house, accelerate non-state capital into real estate industry, so it can activate the real estate market, give an impetus to the development of real estate industry. The paper includes six parts: Part one: Narrating the background and meaning of the thesis written, the method and technique of study. Part two: Mainly to summarize and probe into the theory of the investment and the non-state investment in real estate, stress on the important significance of the non-state investment in real estate. Part three: Adopt the means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, analyze-the present situation of resident purchasing house particularly. Try my best to be objectiveness and comprehensive. Part four and five: By the analysis of part three, point out the development and innovation of housing finance and bring down housing price are the two important makeup parts to boost the development of the non-state investment in real estate. And try to innovate in the two parts, make an attempt to put up new exploration in the mortgage-backed securitization and land yearly-rent system. Part six: Finish words. It concludes the whole thesis.
