This article is composed of two parts: case and case study. Pepsi-Cola International and its quality strategy are introduced in the case. With the example of West Asian~Pacific Central Lab of Pepsi-Cola International, we can see how the quality strategy has been implemented to ensure high quality and to maintain brand preference. In the part of case study, in order to solve the problems found during the strategy implementation, total quality management idea, the gaps model of service quality, statistic methods and motivation-hygiene theory are used, An improved quality strategy in combination with the relative people development strategy is put forward in the case study.
