Study On Assets Appraisal Standardize

Based on the facts that the short history in China Assets Appraisal, imperfect market environment and the increasing business of assets appraisal, this article does much beneficial exploration in assets appraisal standard theory and system building about the key problems such as the absence of assets appraisal theory research, unfinished assets appraisal standards system and seriously imperfect actions of assets appraisal. This article intends to fill the blank of assets appraisal standard theory research and provides theory reference for constructing and carrying out perfect assets appraisal standards system in China. This article builds the nature and purpose of assets appraisal standards and purpose direction mechanism according to assets appraisal standards basic notions; after deeply analyzing the relationship between assets appraisal standards and basic theory, it studies the hypothesis, purpose; rules of assets appraisal and constructs the theory base of assets appraisal symmetrically; by comparatively analyzing and referring to the advanced practices of foreign countries, it puts forward the framework of our assets appraisal standards system in accordance with the assets appraisal practice in China, and explores the character, contents, structure, and promoting methods from two aspects條aw standard and rule standard; through case study, it analyzes the running mechanism on profession management, appraisal organization, appraisal personnel and put forward the specific methods to standardize the profession, markets and business of assets appraisal.
