Reserach On The Problems And Ways Of China Peasant

This dissertation tries to analyze the peasant problem in the course of China Modernization on the basis of the distinctive socialist theory of China and on the other hand detects the ways to solve the peasant problem. Now it has four sections.The first section analyzes the importance of the peasant problem in the course of China. The Dissertation puts forward the importance of the peasant problem being: The peasant is the basic force to keep the social steadiness and Strengthen state power; Agriculture is the base of national economy.The second section concentrates on the specific characteristics and the new problems to be solved. The dissertation brings up the features, such as protracted nature > unbalanced nature and importance. And on the other hand it raises the new problems to be sowed in new stage, such at the problem to oppose poor, to transfer the surplus labor, to lighten the burden on the peasant, etc.The third section detects the ways to solve the peasant problem. It raises some ways: to reform the strategy of the "city-oriented" economic development: to adjust the industrial structure: to reform the dual census system: to change sovernment function, etc.
