Research On Legislation Of Policy Banks

China set up China Development Bank, China Agricultural Development Bank and China Ex-import Bank in 1994 as important measures of state financial system reform. The three banks play significant roles in respective realm and in our state financial system.With the development of such banks, many problems are coming forth. The most marked one is the indistinct juridical status. The absence of special law results in the lack of self-control mechanism and administration system.Based on the study of vast treatises, articles, and regulations and on-the-spot investigation in aforesaid banks, the author firstly summarized features and contents of policy banks and their legislation; secondly, respectively conceived legislative frames and their contents; thirdly, put forward several ideas and advice on their deficiencies; and finally, pointed out development tendencies of such banks.
