Research On Coalition Of Container Liner

In the past few years the expansion of the container fleet in the world there has been an overcapacity has been developed with continuous lowering of freight rate for survival in this fierce competition. Some large container liners have begun to adopt the strategy of associated competition.However there are theories and studies concerning this area are few. As a result, many container liners are disoriented. Although some of the container liners have adopted joint development strategy such as alliance, merger and acquisition, this is often done without the guiding of relevant theories.This thesis studies the fundamental theories on the operation of associated container liners from the aspect of economics and management poriding applicable measures in the analysis of the value of the target enterprises and their futune development. Finally some suggestions concerning China shipping are given.
