The establishment of World Trade Organization (WTO) and the inuring of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights,lncluding Trade in Counterfeit Goods(TRIPS) are much more consummating the intellectual property protecting rules of the international trade. With China accelerating her paces of entering the WTO, it becomes more and more significant to study the TRIPS and perfect the intellectual property protecting system which is facing the intellectual economics times of 21 century in our country.In this thesis, through the analyzing to the main items of the TRIPS and connecting with the main intellectual property conventions that our country has joinexi, the writer expound the achievement that our country has gained and the challenge that our country has to face in the field of intellectual property on copyright, trademarks, geographical indications, patent and trade secrets and also analyzes the difference with the TRIPS rules and tables the related legislative and executive proposal.
