| The development of the software industry has been playing an important role in the whole computer industry. Software has been protected by Copyright Law in most countries in the world. There is increasing problems deserved being discussed, such as the boundary of software infringement, the limit of software protection, liability of software joint ownership, etc. So industry and law field in many countries are seeking more effective path to protect software.On the basis of analysis about the law system in existence which protects software ,the author point out some thounts and legislative advice from software copyright angle.
