Research On The Laws Of International Securities Regulation

This thesis tries to represent all-round international securities regulation law through analysis of some legal problems concerning international securities applications. It explores in-depth of China's securities regulation system in progress as well as its existing problems, and then accordingly gives some suggestions for the healthy development of China's securities business. This thesis is composed of four parts.Part One gives a macro description from international securities, international securities market upto international securities regulation , including the definition, the aims and the principles of it . This part can serve as the theoretical basis for further detailed research.Part Two is the essence of this thesis. It expounds the laws system of international securities regulation, including international securities regulation system, international security issuance regulation and international securities circulation regulation. And besides the exploration of the commonly applied practices all over the world, China's related securities regulation law is given proper attention.Part Three respectively analyzes and compares securities market regulation law in USA, Japan and UK, focusing on their respective characteristics in terms of supervision. Thus concludes some positive experiences which can contribute to China's securities regulation system.Part Four, upon the above mentioned analysis and exploration, gives some suggestions for the standardization and strengthening of China's securities regulation.
