Analysis Of Chinese Traditional Industry Enterprise Conformity After Entering WTO

Analyzed the effect and situation of Chinese traditional industry enterprises after entering WTO, based on the condition of less of resources in enterprise conformity, this article points out the orientation of enterprise conformity, probes into the impetus of enterprise conformity, and analyses the obtaining of conformity impetus by noncooperative game theory.The following is pursued mainly:1. Based on the condition of less of resources in enterprise conformity, the article demonstrates the difference betvveen the behavior subject of state-owed enterprise and that of nonstate-owed enterprise. The behavior subject of nonstate-owed enterprise is the enterprise itself. The behavior subject of state-owed enterprise is the enterprise and the state.2. The article divides Chinese traditional industry enterprises into basic industries, non-basic industries that suit for state-owed enterprises, non-basic industries that not suit for state-owed enterprises, and indicates the conformity orientation of these enterprises. Based on the production and marketing condition of nonstate-owed enterprises, the article shows the developing direction of these enterprises clearly.3. The article demonstrates enterprise conformity is a procedure of continuously obtaining the conformity impetus to conforming the enterprise.4. The obtaining the conformity impetus is divided into three terms: short-run, long-run and extremely long-run. And the article analyses the obtaining of conformity impetus by noncooperative game theorv.
