| This dissertation aims to study in view of Legal point on contractual type investment trust. For this purpose , in Part One, various theories of investment trust are analysized, a definition of investment trust is concluded from the basis, in Part Two, a structural design of investment organization, model of joint trustee, is advanced. The study of legal bases of investment trust, that is the issues of investment trust law and trust indentures, investment trust fund, the relationships among parties in investment trust, and so on, is mainly made in Part Five. Criticisms of present situations of contractual type investment trust investment trust and suggestions of relative legislation in our country is the main contents in Part Four.
