Since 1980.the creation and development of theory of new industry district and learning, innovation have strongly promoted the change of regional study view. Economical agglomeration and growth of the particular region have become the focus of circles of science in economy geography and regional science. According to related studies of domestic researchers, high-tech industry district and export-oriented commerce district and specialized township and village enterprise are three kinds of new industry district types which may become or being become. The paper, being based on this understanding and using foregoing theory, emphatically deals with the interactive relation between geographical agglomeration and technology innovation in rural industry agglomeration district, puts up an interactive model of geographical agglomeration and technology innovation through many kinds of methods, for example, questionnaire and enterprise interview, etc.The paper consists of five parts.The first part deals with the change of study view, analytical means and study framework in the course of study of particular region .In the author's opinion, the study on causes of rural industry agglomeration and interior working mechanism beneficially improves and develops the theory of new industry district, more important, the study of interactive relation between geographical agglomeration and technology innovation can make for the lack of economists in accounting for the geographical factors of technology innovation .This part is the basis of this paper in selecting topic.The second part briefly defines technology, innovation and technology innovation, reviews related theory in new industry district, geographical agglomeration, technology innovation and relation between geographical agglomeration and technology innovation, puts forword the study method and framework, interprets the causes and basic conditions of research subject.The third part concentrates on the specific analysis of technology innovation of enterprise on the background of agglomeration territory and relation territory. In the author's view, the bridge across the agglomeration and technology innovation is learning capability of enterprise. Enterprise, as the subject of learning, promotes the diffusion and transmittion of technology and information through the flow of workers and face-to- face exchange of entrepreneurs. Enterprise not only learns from localized enterprise, but also learns from customers, universities and institutes outside the region.The form is either itself-agitated. or be agitated by government, medial institution. Enterprises, universities, governments and medial institutions, through varies of learning form, organically link and become a comparatively open learning and innovation milieu. The paper, according to the locality nature, distinguishes from nine factors and names as agglomeration territory and relation territory, specifically deals with the influence of nine factors on technology innovation of localized enterprise, accounts for the causes and regularity of territory expanse of relation territory, and constructs the interactive model of geographical agglomeration and technology innovation.The fourth part generalizes the basic conditions of technology innovation of enterprise in agglomeration district according to the concerned data and information collected by questionnaire and enterprise review.
