Studying On The Legal Issues Of Electronic Commerce

At the new century's eve. electronic commerce (EC) is spreading out globally at a dramatic speed, and when it comes into the new century, EC will take the place of the traditional commerce greatly. However the legal issues become the main obstacles of the further development of EC.Considering the regulation and protection of the law is being wanted urgently by the development of international EC, this article gave a full, ,systemic analysis to the challenge of the international law system from EC and the way to solve it, and special efforts were putted on a senai of legal issues involving the electronic transaction. The author aiso provided legislative suggestions of EC'legislation of our country on the basis of the latest fruits of the foreign legislation and theoretical research as well as the character of our costomual legal system.
