Financing Decision And Financing Model Of Shipping Enterprises In Our Country

Financing and financing decision were discussed in this thesis on the view of shipping enterprises in our country aiming at providing scientific method for shipping enterprises . First, the penman summarized the basic concept and theory of financing . Second financing ways and channels which the enterprises would adopt were concluded, and the main factors (internal and external) in the process of financing were analysed thoroughly . Third, financing proportion model was set up according to the characters in shipping enterprises. What' s more, the penman put emphasis on the present value measuring models and calculating ways of two important financing channels : loan financing and rent financing. This is also the most important part.In the end, several suggestions were introduced that how the government increases the financing ability and the management level after indebiedness of the shipping enterprises.The area studied in the thesis is wide. But the encircled center is financing decision of shipping enterprises from the top down. The center is studied step by step in order to be perfect.
