Study On Legal System Of Foreign Investment

In this article, the author states the accompying lawful problem as to how to apply the foreign capital to the state owned enterprise. Analyze China's foreign investment policy and laws, and further more, connect these with the investment envionment. For one thing, the effect of these policy and laws on introducing the foreign capital; and for another, studies the reasonableness and reasonlessness of it. At the end of the article, the author further analyses the cause of the regulation and improvement of the concerned policy and laws to use the foreign capital and point out the agreeable direction, method and suggestion.
