The characteristics of paper-the research on the reform of the international civil procedure in china-is it's focus on the theory of the procedural independence. The reform of the international civil procedure, as a legal notion and branch, has not attracted people's attention. Under the circumstances that we will enter into the WTO, the economic development will be more and more international and transnational, we will face the challenge of the increase in the international civil cases. So it is necessary for us to pay attention to the research about the reform of the international civil procedure.This paper includes 11 parts. The part 1 introduces the necessity of the reform of the international civil procedure. From the part 2 to the part 10,every part individually does detailed research about the choice of the value in reform, the jurisdiction, the evidence, the pretrial prepare, the lawyers and the translation, the cross-examination, the application of the foreign law, the appeal and the process of the court trial in the reform of the international civil procedure in China, in The last part ,this paper looks into the future of the reform of the international civil procedure.This paper has it's own new ideas, which are different from the ideas of the traditional civil procedure and the existing international civil procedure in China. I hope this paper may be help in building a more just, more efficient and more economical international civil procedure in China. I also hope this paper would facilitate the reform of the international civil procedure in China.But because of the limitation of my knownedge and my ability, this paper still exists some problems, it is my pleasure to be pointed out.
