Research On Logistics Management System Of National Large-scale Enterprise

Logistics is economical activities which in space and time change the materials from industry fields to consumption fields. Being advanced organized model and management technology, modern logistics which can decrease material consumption and increase productivity is regarded as"the 3rd profit resource", is much accounted of large-scale Enterprises in China, many remarkable Enterprises is carrying on the research of developing the logistics management system.Enterprises logistics is mainly divided into four fractions: supplying logistics, manufacturing logistics, rejectamenta logistics and marketing logistics. In this article the author elaborate the above four factions compared with the representative manufacturing enterprise in China. And set force the necessarity of development in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, give the patten of enterprises logistics. The goal of this article is: establishing the modern logistics management system with the kernel of logistics management technology , ligament of network , combining of information flow, substances flow , finance flow.Integrating practical works and advanced modern logistics theory with experiences of excellent national and international logistics enterprises , the author put forward some suggestions for large-scale enterprises in logistics. The author will be honored if the article would give some valuable suggestion.
