People has more and more realized this.On the basis of researching of the status on device management of our country and combining the character of port device, the author establishes the decision model of investment during working. The author also point out that this decision is a multiple objective decision and make a model with Analytic Hierarchy Process. Moreover, the author discusses the issue of economic evaluation on the port device with two kinds of method.
