Enterprises' technical innovation behavior system is a dynamic complicated system that is comprehensively influenced by various environmental factors and comprises of some essential elements that affect mutually. If the enterprises analyzed and distinguished gains and losses just from one respect or only considered some of the environment factors, they wouldn't be good at mastering the situation in general and conducting active enthusiastic lasting behavior. Therefore, we believe that the problem about theory of enterprises' technical innovation behavior is not only how to map out some policies or take some motivating measures. Instead, it is a problem about the theory of complex nonlinear system. However, confronted with complicated and important technical innovation, the explanations given by traditional theory are very limited. Owing to imperfectness of existent theory, enterprises' technical innovation behavior cannot be instructed satisfactorily. The development of modern systematology, especially nonlinear systematology, can offer explanations for technical innovation behavior in a new way. This issue has become theoretic front line. At present time, it is still very rare that people use modern systematology in doing research on enterprises' technical innovation behavior system. Some scholars comment about this problem, but we cannot say their comments are all-round and penetrative. Accordingly, the author considers that the research on nonlinear system of enterprises' technical innovation behavior is not only necessary but also theoretically significative and practically valuable. Hence, the author chooses " The Research on the Nonlinear System Theory and Methodology of Enterprises' Technical Innovation Behavior" as the title of master dissertation. The contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:1 the nonlinear systemic viewpoint of enterprises' technical innovation behaviorEnterprises' technical innovation behavior system is influenced by multitudinous environmental factors. There are mixed relationships among these factors. As for the interior, the system is a organic combo that is made up of technical innovation consciousness directive elements, preparative actions of technical innovation behavior, execution of technical innovation behavior and evaluation and summarizing of technical innovation behavior. These essential elements mutually contact, act, confine and stimulate. This article analyzes the environmental factors, structure, boundary and function of enterprises' technical innovation behavior system, then considers that enterprises' technical innovation behavior system is a dynamic complicated artificial (featured by mentality and behavior) nonlinear system. In this way, the nonlinear systematic viewpoint of enterprises' technical innovation behavior is set up.2 nonlinear behavior of enterprises' technical innovation behavior systemBehavior of enterprises' technical innovation behavior means any variation in contrast to circumstances. It includes interior behavior and exterior behavior. Interior behavior reflects changes of the system's developmental status, which are determined by changes of the system's primitive conditions, structure, connection of essential elements and operative mechanism. Exterior behavior reflects changes of the system's outcome, which are determined by efficiency of the interior operation. This article illuminates 7 points of characteristics of nonlinear behavior of the system: 1) unable to be perceived directly through senses; 2) insensitive to some parameters; 3) resist to changes of some information; 4) sensitive to changes of some information; 5) contradiction between partial benefits and holistic benefits; 6) contradiction between long-term effect and short-term effect; 7) unable to forecast the long-term behavior.
