Research On The Developing Strategy Of National Integrated Circuit Design Chengdu Industrial Base

Foreign enterprise strategic management came forth from the end of 50""s to the beginning of 60lh's in last century, and it went through rise, upsurge, correction and rally developing courses. Now, the enterprise strategic management is being explored positively in many areas, and it's developing trends are below: first, the research and advance of strategic management from practice are more emphasized. Second, the interaction of objective elements and subjective elements is been paid great attention. Third, the application of analysis method is given attention to 'the all' and 'the one'. Fourth, the research of cultivating 'excellence strategy' is been stressed. Chinese enterprise strategic management was caused by two factors, the great transformation of environment and the sufficient absorption of western strategic management theory, and it also experienced preliminary, promoted and new developing phases. Nowadays, the theory and the practice of Chinese enterprise strategic management is being explored and developed.Applied the theory and the method of enterprise strategic management, the goal of this paper is to research enterprise developing strategy aimed at national integrated circuit (1C) design Chengdu industrial base. By analyzing the base exterior strategic environment and interior strategic condition, this task make sure the opportunity and challenge, the superiority and inferiority of the base development, and more bring forward its mission, function location and strategic goal, and draw up its implement plan and policy.The success of the national 1C design Chengdu industrialization base, which is the important composition of the overall arrangement of national 1C industrial development and the one of key building projects of Sichuan 'No. One Engineering', will exert positive radiate action to driving Sichuan 1C industrial development, to accelerating the evolution of Sichuan economy and the optimization of industry structure.Domestic 1C design industry is a rising industry in our country, and now the national 1C design industrial base is at its primary stage. The purpose of this paper is seeking the developing way of the national 1C design industrial base with market pattern. The research fruit of this task will direct and suggest the base construct. Consequently, the aim of this task is to establish the unique developingmode of the Chengdu base among five existent national 1C design industrial bases.
