Processing flow, security encryption and certification schemes are described by the electronic commerce (E-commerce) protocol, which holds great promise for secure and successful transactions. In this paper, based on the transaction model of E- commerce, which can detect violation of time constraints, a kind of time violation detection protocol applicabel to general E-commerce transactions is proposed. Implementation process of the protocol is described and the mechanism of time violation detection has been analyzed. Specified by the protocol, timestamping of each message by the trusted processor is made to ensure the validity and reliability. Combined with the implementation flow of NetBill protocol, emphasized analysis is placed on the atomicity therein. It has been shown in our analysis that the NetBill protocol satisfies the three levels of atomicity of E-commerce protocol, i. e., money atomicity, goods atomicity and certified delivery atomicity. The modified NetBill protocol can detect tune violation through application of time violation detection mechanism, while still satisfying all the three levels of atomicity. Implementing the automatic order procession and providing customers with standardized logistics delivery service are demanded by the automatic andefficient operation of E-commerce transactions. Based on the functions and operation flow of order pipeline under virtual operation schemes, convenient exchange and processing can be achieved by the representation of transfer data among application programs with extensive markup language (XML). Key modules, such as database, logical layer components and order enquiry feedback of the order pipeline has been designed with three-level development model and entire process from entering pipeline to accomplishing of the order is simulated. The implemented system has the favorable aspects of easy to be encapsulated, extended and transplanted through encapsulating every logical step to a connector object hi order pipeline. Integrated delivery tracking and enquiring are important services provided by modern logistics delivery. Design of integrated delivery tracking and enquiring system is accomplished with the application of three-level development model, data representation by XML and networking scheme of individual transfer point and central server employing dialing virtual private network (VPN) based on the L2TP tunnel protocol. It is shown that this design is easy to be extended, reused and platform independent. Exemplified by the business between retailer possessing of inventory management system and logistics enterprise, application programs of the designed system have also beenfulfilled, while automatic transferring and processing of data among application programs are realized by simple object access protocol (SOAP). The order pipeline, which can be regarded as the processing flow in operation of fund flow and logistics, is the key component interacting between back-end and the supply chain. It is of important significance for the investigation of key technologies, such as order pipeline, integrated delivery tracking and enquiry to be carried out for the automatic, high-efficient and accurate operation of E-Commerce transactions.
