On The Reasons Of Corruption And Its Countermeasures

Corruption has been an important problem of China, for it has been displayed in every fields including politic, economic and common life, which is ruining our party members our cadres, interfering the cohesion power and fight power of our party and having a critical effect on the grave crisis between life and death of the party and the country.By studying some corruption phenomena, which include corruption of officials such as selling official position and nobility, corruption of economic corruption such as using public office for private gain, smuggling and imitating, corruption of daily life such as gambling, voracious eating, indulging in comfort, visiting prostitutes and so on. This thesis has also analysis the new characteristics of the corruption nowadays, it exposes that the position offenses have been increasing and its rank had been raising, the amount of money in offense raise not only in economy corruption but also in cadres of party and country, trans-regional and trans-department common offense has increased also, the economy offense has interweaved with the position offense, the committing means became more and more complicated and intellectual, some cadres of party and government collude with those of the department of enforcing the law protecting each other, which made anti-corruption more difficult.Base on the analysis of the corruption phenomena, this thesis has explored into the source of corruption. It argues that corruptions result from the unbalance of restrict system., the imperfect of marketing system, the power of education, the unsuitable of distribution, the expansion of individualism and such on. What's more, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures: use law, system, education, rewards, typical case, atmosphere and all possible means to keep, help and praise honest and clean.
