With rapid progress of global mergers and acquisitions (M&A), it increases year by year in our country. Through many analyses on M&A performance, we find that there were few success and many failures in M&A. We opine that integration of M&A is significant factor among the causes of success and failure. Human is the most important resource in corporation. Therefore, Integration of Human Resources is the key to M&A performance. To integrating human resources efficiently, we must know the mental state of workers in M&A. Both private mental alters and colonial mental features raise the difficulty in integration of human resources, and affect M&A performance. We must put emphasis on the below's works: selection of supreme manager, prevent brain drain, solve the diffluence problem of redundant workers, build up new combination, keep the integration time in control, communication , education and train, personnel excitation, we must notice some problems in transnational M&A: section of manager who reside in foreign corporation, trans-cultural communication, effect of foreign human resource policy and trade union .
