China's financial industry is more closely linked to international financial industry since China joined World Trade Organization (WTO). With the open door policy, China's national commercial banks begin to face the challenges from abroad. Products are the bases on which bank lives, and products' prices are expression of bank's vitality. So the problem of products pricing will have an impact on its survival and development in the future. National commercial bank will not able to realize the stable and sustained development unless the pricing problem is solved. This article explains the profound things in a simple way from the development of commercial bank and its product to the problem of pricing after China's joined WTO. In the article, we objectively analyzed the development level of economy and policy environment on condition of specific time and space in national commercial bank. We summarized and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional pricing methods in national commercial bank; we also studied the theorem and method of the pricing of national commercial bank's products and set up the mathematic model of loan product pricing. The author demonstrated the general way of thinking about loan products and pricing method of national commercial bank products and presented complete programs.
