Research On Organization Design And Control Structure Of Virtual Enterprise

As the main organizational and management mode of 21-century,Virtual Enterprise mode was selected by more and more modern enterprises,based on organizational theories,we study and analyze the organizational structure and the control structure of virtual enterprises in this paper,emphasize analyze the process of virtual enterprise design and the virtual process of modern enterprise.Firstly,we discuss the inevitability changing of tradition entity enterprises to virtual enterprises,then we explain the key factors such as concepts characteristics type and net workbench and so on of the virtual enterprise. Secondly,base on the merits and defects of tradition entity organization theories and virtual enterprise theory,we design a virtual enterprise organizational mode,then we discuss the process and the mechanism and the appraise of the model,thirdly,This paper focus on the form of dynamic alliance which based on the multi-agent integration framework,we built a dynamic alliance control model,design and illustrate the module of the model,finally,base on analyzing the virtual process of tradition enterprises,combining the analyze of the case of enterprises virtual process in china,this paper give some ideas to speedup the virtual process of enterprises.
