Most people,when they think of new venture financing,think of venture capital. In fact,the term " venture capital" often of is used in a generic sense to mean capital that it is invested in new ventures. But the term also refers to capital firms have a unique organizational structure and focus on a specific market niche. In recent 20 years,the world-wide economy development has been undergoing an unprecedented profound change along with increasingly brisk activities in technology and financial reform. Because new industries,new technology and new products are constantly emerging and Venture factors are gradually extending,marketable technology achievements have put the reform requirements before the capital market. Simultaneously,the reform of the capital market also motivates the marketable fruits in technology. As such,there has been a Venture capital market in the global economy.Venture capital has been the driving force behind some of the most vibrant sectors of the US economy over the past two decades. Venture capitalists were instrumental in fostering the tremendous growth of firms such as Microsoft,Compaq,which were all founded less than 20 years ago,but have rapidly become dominant players in the high technology arena. While the contributions venture capital makes to the economy overall are underexplored,there exists a widespread belief that venture capital is instrumental in bringing innovations to maker at a rapid pace,thereby creating economic growth,jobs,and opportunities for further technological innovation. Venture capital is such a form of capital in which there are organizations and intermediaries. Venture capitalists hold such intermediary roles between capital suppliers and users,procuring capital from suppliers and then investing capital into those newly rising and highly growing industries as share capital. Meanwhile,Venture capitalists also require sufficient gains from the Venture capital industries,so that this can help to take in more capital suppliers and bring more attractive gains for participants in Venture capital market. Therefore,how Venture capital runs effectively appears to be critical in the Venture capital market.This dissertation attempts to illustrate the operating system of Venture capital form following aspects:(1) It focuses on the investment procedure and withdrawing system of Venture capital on the basis of analysis of historical background and organization form. (2) It introduces main characteristics of international Venture investing market. (3) It also specializes in discussion of status quo and countermeasures in developing Venture capital market in China. The desirable viewpoints of this dissertation lie in operational analysis of investment procedure of Venture capital with certain use value. The author has somewhere contributed her own understanding of China's Venture capital market.
