The Research On EVA System

After China joined WTO,there no customs barrier anymore,Our domestic enterprises have to meet both abroad and native competition. In order to make good winning in the new posture,they have to optimize their resource scheme flow,and to improve their management tools to ascertain,evaluate and tradeoff various strategic decision-making. Furthermore,enterprise must be wise to gain competition advantage in human resource market,i.e. they must attract,inspirit and retain senior persons with ability of management,who are the key for a top-ranking enterprise to win the competition. EVA system provides a new method for a enterprise not only to win the new challenge but also to resolve the need of resource scheme and fortune increasing.The essence of EVA (Economic Value Added) is that a entries must bring stockholder a investing return which is higher than average profit in the same venture. No other than this,a corporation could create fortune for it's stockholder in deed,and be able to encourage it's employee,especially manager. Because of it's excellence in improving management,EVA has been adopted in many famous corporation,such as Coca-Cola> AT&T et al,which have get prominent effects. EVA is new in China,and it is very necessary for us to introduce this new advanced ideology and management method to our domestic enterprise to establish a EVA system. Concept and ideology origin of EVA are first expatiated in this paper. Innovation of EVA ideology is then discussed. In order to get a method innovation,operation mode of EVA finance system is established;furthermore evaluation guidelines for EVA finance in China are demonstration analyzed. On this basis,integration operation of EVA decision-making system and establish of EVA reward inspiriting system are investigated and discussed profoundly in terms of decision-making and human driving respectively. It is hope to give a valuable reference for Chinese enterprise to apply their EVA system.
