Research On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Of China Rural Special Technique Association

Rural Special Technique Association (be called RSTA for short) is a public good mass organization, producing in the 1980s in extensive rural areas of China. It has gone through three stages梘erminating, growing up and standardizing. The principle of RSTA is "owned by peasant, run by peasant, managed by peasant, benefited by peasant." It promotes science and technology spreading and extending in rural effectively, promotes rural economy structure revising, promotes agriculture increasing production and peasant increasing income, promotes the vast peasant enhancing their scientific and cultural quality. It makes positive contributions to rural society progressing and economy developing. Because of all sorts of reasons inside and out, some problems demanding prompt solution appear in the development process of RSTA at present. A pressing matter of the moment is to make the development strategy of RSTA, to create a favorable environment, and set up a running system that contribute to RSTA developing healthily.
