Analyses Of Some Issues In Virtual Enterprise

This master degree dissertation consists of 6 parts including a preface and 5 chapters.The Preface introduces the topic-choosing basis and significance,the researching methods,the framework and the main content of this dissertation briefly.Chapter 1 discusses the conception of virtual enterprise.Chapter 2 analyzes why virtual enterprise would be the tendency of futuristic enterprise from the angle of enterprise organization theory. Chapter 3 points out that we should introduce an external principal into virtual enterprise to avoid free rider.Chapter 4 concludes that risk investment company is the exact principal we are seeking ,and designs an incentive mechanism between risk investment company and virtual enterprise.Chapter 5 presents several limitations of virtual enterprise.
