The dissertation, which is dealing with the consumer credit contract, contains four parts.Part One confines the consumer credit contract and expounds its definition classification and sphere. More detailed, consumer credit contract, the particular form of contract, is an agreement, agreed on by the consumer as the debtor and the finance house or the seller as the creditor, that the creditor offers certain credit to the debtor. It is characterized with one party limited to the consumer and the credit confined to legal regulation. What is more, it includes the agriculture credit contract.Part Two explains the unfair clauses out of consumer credit contract, which mainly concern the withdrawal clause, the loss of expecting rights clause, the exemption clause, and the defection guarantee clause. Such clauses should be regulated by the consumer credit law to dodge their negative effects.Part Three, the core of the dissertation, analyses the cooling-off period policy whose nucleus is to authorize the consumer to cancel the contract after its being signed without bearing any liabilities in a certainty of time named cooling-off period.Part Four centers upon the particular protection on consumers' rights out of the consumer credit contract in the process of making agreement. That is, in order to regulate the use of consumers' information, the consumer credit law should eye on it.
