On The Innovation Of The State-owned Commercial Banks' Property Right System

This paper consists of three parts. The first part analyses the concept and basic features of property right according to its basic theory,studies the function of property right in the market economy and probes the basic characteristics the modern property right system should have according to the lately research of property right system theory. The second part chiefly analyses the main characteristics and defects of the property right system of the state-owned banks ,and puts forward the aim and direction of the innovation in this field. At the same time,this past discusses the reasons for the innovation. In the third past,it is put forward that the way of corporation reform of the state-owned commercial banks is to convert them into state holding companies. Based on this,the paper presents the tentative schedule of listing after the corporation reform of the banks,and analyses the problem of corporate governance of the state-owned commercial banks after listing.
