On The Obligations Of Securities Fund Manager

The fiduciary obligation of securities fund manger is the most important part of the law of securities fund in every country because the duty of manager is the foundation to protect the interests of beneficiary. In this article I compare with the law of securities fund between China and foreign countries on the obligation of securities fund manager, including the contents, the supervision and legal liability. I give my whole design on the legal system of the obligation of securities fund manager of China based on studying the lack of the law of securities fund of China and modern exercises of formulating law from foreign countries. The law of investment fund has been laid in the plan of the Standing Committee of National People's Congress and it is being formulated. I hope this article will help to the law of investment fund that is being formulated.
