Research On The Effect Of Ideological-political Education Communication

Facing the economic globization and social informationizalion as well as the new situation of our country's socialist construction,the old method of our ideological-political education is obviously left behind,so doing research from the view of both theory and practice to the improvement of the effect of it is quite urgent for our present research to ideological-political education. This thesis sets out from the view of the cross and connection subjects of ideological -political education and communication,trying to make an initial research to the improvement of the effect of ideological -political education communication.In the real research,we can regard the process of ideological-political education as a special process,which includes seven factors,that is,transmitters(educators),receivers(educatees),information(information of ideological-political education),media(communication pipeline),and the environment,the feedback and the interruption. The fonnation of the effect of ideological-political education communication is formed in the communicating process of it,so the research to this process requires a construction mode. In the long run practice,especially in the condition of meditate economy,our ideological-political work had followed the mode of oneway imbue,which has some malpractices. Firstly,it took the communicating process as a single process and ignored the feedback factors;Secondly,it did not take the complex and changeable factors into consideration;Thirdly,it lacked the systematic analyze of the connection among all factors,moreover,it did not realize the "noise" affluence during the communicating process. Therefore,we need to construct a new mode of mutual communicating process,which will surely build a frame for our analyses to the factors that affect the effect of ideological-political education communication.The fonnation process of the effect of ideological-political education communication is complex,for some information directly flows to receivers,yet some by the social process. So the formation to the effect of ideological-political education communication includes the psychological process and social process. Some researchers propose many viewpoints to the receivers' psychological process,which provides positive reference to us. Analyzing from thereceivers' psychological mechanism can provide us a key to recognize this process. Whether the ideological-political education communication can reach a supposed goal or not depends on if it can deeply realize the social process of the receivers. Researching to this point will be able to provide the theoretical basis.In the new historical era,there still exist some negative effects in the communicating work of ideological-political education. Such as:the trend of "extensive politization",the "two pieces of wrappers",the false trend of thought in the field of ideological-political theory,and the lack-behind of ideological-political education etc. For the educators,to reform and improve the effect of ideological-political education communication,we have to make theoretical analyses to those negative effects and those factors that restrict the ideological-political education communication,which include the five factors of educators,the educatees,the communication contents,the communication pipelines,the medias and the environment.hi view of the existing situation of the communicating work of ideological-political education,to find countermeasure to improve the effect of ideological-political education communication should include:intensifying the information advantages,nourishing the "expertise" contingent of ideological-political education;enhancing the psychological study to the educatees and carrying out the media education to the educatees;adjusting all factors to develop the ideological-political education coordinately;bringing about the patternization to the communicating work of ideological-political education;mastering some necessary strategy and techniques to the communicating work of education.
