During different period of "entrance", "stability" and "expanding", Multi-national enterprise will accordingly take difference and suitable development tactic. Now with development of our economic and reform, our enterprises have ability to compete with foreign enterprise. So Multi-national corporation changed their target, they more and more lean to joint a tactic alliance with Chinese corporation.In the past, we focused on studying some daily methods such as organizing management and market competition tactics and so on. The thesis begins with analyzing the theory of Multi-national corporation. By analyzing the sorts of Multi-national corporation, we can find out the difference between first-development and latter-development. On the other hand, basing on the study of risk of multi-national operation, the study analyzing the competition tactic in difference market. In studying tactic alliance, the study emphasize the cooperate effect to Multi-national enterprise and give some ideas about availability cooperation mechanism. Then the study also analyzes the competition relation between Multi-national enterprises with Multi-national enterprises and Chinese enterprises with Multi-national enterprises. At last by analyzing the case of Kodak's tactic alliance in Chinese market, the study point out that Chinese enterprises can raise competition by alliance with Multi-national enterprises.
