Employee's performance is the very important part of enterprise's performance management. The trend of performance appraisal is changed with the enterprise's management. It is crucial to employees' performance appraisal for enterprise' goal because employees' performance appraisal can stimulate employees. Wide- angle performance appraisal method,goal-management performance appraisal method and balance-counting-card method are often used. But performance appraisal is not only used to check the result,but also used to control the procedureThis paper studied the performance appraisal method,performance appraisal content,performance appraisal procedures deeply,and combine with enterprise' organization strategy by the enterprises' strategy and enterprise principles. It includes performance appraisal regulations,performance appraisal encouragement regulations,and performance appraisal sheet. The core content is faithfulness,the love of his career and ability. I set up many key rules for every index. At the same time I pay attention to the abilities and performance appraisal. The concrete method is weekly check,monthly assess and quarterly carrying out. It will result out on the bonus,cultivations,and promotion. This can stimulate the employees' work enthusiasm and improve employees' performance.During the performance appraisal implement period,there will arise all kinds of problems because of the enterprises' circumstances. It will come forth deferent warps because of personal affections when it is carried out. The paper analyzes thoroughly the reasons of warps and discusses the ways to avoid the problems. The affections of non-financial factors during performance appraisal and performance appraisal result disposal are to make up the performance appraisal.The performance appraisal system focus on strengthening the communication and harmonizing between higher and lower stuff through performance appraisal,therefore,it will benefit the stuff's progress,build up enterprises' coherence,and achieve the goal of organization's strate.
