First,this thesis analyzes the development of telecommunication business,the competition composition of telecommunication company,and with WTO,the opportunity and challenge to China Telecommunications Corporation.,points out the important of the great client to the company . Then the thesis discusses the theory of the great client relationship management,involving how to set up the system,analyze and debug the data,etc. Finally,the article researches the actual application of great client relationship management for China Telecommunication Corporation.To get perfect great client relationship management,for the company,first,the company must realizes how important that the good great client relationship is for its strategy developing. Then,We should analyze our business,put our customer in the most important point,choice the CRM suit to our company,collect lots of data for our great client,analyze the data to find out the rule,the needs,the business developing of the great clients'. After data mining,we should find out the key point of our great client marketing and the developing point to the business,then provide the results to our business policy,provide message reference for our decision. At the same time,we should analyze and reengineer our service procedure for our great client,do the best service and get their satisfaction to our products and service. So the China Telecommunication Corporation can understand our great client,make the right decision. The final goal is:To keep development great client,keep our company's competition power in the market.
