| The state compensation system is an important symbol of democratic nomocracy construction. This dissertation bases upon the practicality of our country, aims at the disfigurement and puzzledom of state compensation system faced. By using the available production of other countries for reference, tries to make a primary exploration for the development and perfection of state compensation system in our country.First of all, memoris the process of the foundation and development of the state compensation system of our country. From the rudiment of Kuomintang Government's decrative state compensation system before the foundation of our country, to the suppositional constitution principal relying to the policty to exsist after the foundation of our country, then to the enactment of The Administration Litigation Law in 1989, which caused great progress of the state compensation system, finally to the formal execution of The State Compensation System in 1995, which founded the basic and perfect state compensation system. And this dissertation describs the process of the foundation and development of the state compensation system in our country in detail. Aiming at the four characteristics and four aspects of the actual state compensation system, makes a thoroughly analysis and investigation. All of these makes the readers comprehend the instance of the state compensation system in our country clearly. In the end , tables valuable proposal on the rules, principle, range, process, calculational standard and compensatory mode to perfect the state compensation system of our country.
