On Venture Invest Of Hi-Tech Industry

Hi-Tech is becoming the main promotion of society and economy development in 21 century. In order to improve their economic status in the world,most countries are formulating relevant measure. Our country has taken promote country with science and education as an important task of the government. To carry out the strategy of promote country with science and education,We must solve the problem of Hi-Tech industrialization.In some foreign countries,Venture Capital has become driver of Hi-Tech industrialization. In developed countries of Europe and America,Venture Capital industry has become one of the most important measures of raising money for Hi-Tech companies. Especially in America,Venture Capital is successful.In comparison with those developed countries,Venture Capital is just in the beginning stage,and it is a strategy field to scholars and enterprisers. This paper is divided into three parts. In the first part,it introduces the definition of Hi-Tech and Venture Capital,and discusses promotion to Hi-Tech industrialization of Venture Capital. In the second part,it analyses the operation process of Venture Capital. In the last part,it discusses the development and problems of China,and puts forward some strategies.
