In the 21 century the knowledge-economy became the main stream of the economic development.As the supported industry of knowledge-economy,the hi-tech industry develops at a very high speed. And the competition in the world economy reflects the competition in the hi-tech industry. Under this situation,it's of significance for us to give attention to the study of hi-tech enterprises' strategy.Through the new marketing phenomenon,this paper focuses on the hi-tech enterprises' marketing strategy decision-making process with the consideration of the change in the marketing environment from the enterprises' view. Because of the different marketing activities of hi-tech enterprises,this paper shall take the different research ways in to use. The author analyzes the reason of different marketing strategy of hi-tech enterprises by using the new achievements in the marketing and economics under the guidance of basic theories of marketing with the approach of system theory. Then this thesis gives the befitting strategies of the hi-tech enterprises in the knowledge-economy era.
