Motivation is the most important and basic function in the modern management,which is determined by the information factors concerned with the management and motivation existing in human power resource. As the economic knowledge-based era is coming,the function of human power resource has been improved and promoted,at the same time,it is very urgent to reform some certain unreasonable enterprise's existing systems ,especial the motivational systems,the key of reforming these systems is how to stimulate and motivate the initiatives of all the staff,which focus on the application of human power resource and among all the motivational methods,stock-options is of importance compared with other ways,so after introducing the motivational theory ,1 put more emphasis on stock-options motivational system. Considering Chinese present facts and we can see that on one side reforming has brought great changes in china,but on the other side ,there still exists some obstacles when we apply motivational systems ,so at the third part of this essay,I just analysis the application of motivational systems of china. The whole thesis has been divided into four parts:1. theory of motivational systems2. theory of stock-options motivational systems3. analysis the present conditions when applying some ways to motivate4. case -studies...
