| Based on Marxist political economics and guided by DengXiaoping's coordinated growth theory of regional economy, this thesis widely absorbs and uses the financial theories and experiences supporting the economy development in less developed areas of other countries in the world for reference and inquires into our country's financial theories and experiences supporting the economy development in less developed areas of other countries in the world and then inquires into our conutry's financial theories and measures supporting to exploit the West. This thesis includes three parts.The first part inquires into the financial reasons for the gap of regional economy. It takes advantage of the capital-form theory of experts of western ecomomics and inquires into the reasons for the financial systen,which resulted in the gap between West-China and East-China.The second part discusses using the international experiences for reference and the principles on finance supporting to exploit the West.Firstly,it inspects the advanced financial experiences and theories that had been widely used by the other countries in the world to support the economy development in the less developed areas, then inquires into the principles.The last part constructs the system of finance supporting toThe last part constructs the system of finance supporting to exploit the West. It includes seven aspects, (1) establishing and perfecting the western financial composing system; (2) establishing the region-different central bank administering system; (3) researching and forming the commercial bank's business innovative system which adapts to West-China;(4)making full use of capital market to support the Exploitation; (5) strengthening the finance supporting western private economy; (6) improving the finance supporting to western medium and small enterprises; (7) establishing the western finance ensuring system and quickning legislation of exploiting the West. Among them,the fourth,the fifth and the sixth are emphasized.
