Research On The Marketization Of Interest Rate In Chinese

This paper starts by explaining the concept and main content of interest rate marketization, analyzing the determinative factors of interest rate choosing. It then focuses on the theory base of Chinese interest rate system reform and innovation which is the three phases of the Occident interest rate choosing theory, including Classically School, Kenynesianism, New Classically School, the Theory of Deepen Finance and the apocalypse to our country, from which we draw the conclusion that interest rate marketization is an impersonal rule; it is a truth discovered by economists for hundreds of years, and also is the claim of financial development; the reform of our country's interest rate system rests with marketization and deregulation.This paper review the causes and process of the interest rate marketization in a number of countries (including the United States, Japan, Chile and Asia industrial countries), particularly expatiates the change of interest rate level and the influence on one country's economy, on the bases of which we find the use for reference to China.Chapter 3 starts by analyzing the practice of interest rate marketization in our country and then points out the disadvantage effects of our actual interest rate regulation, from which we find the causes of implementing interest rate marketization.Chapter 4 puts forward the advantage condition to push the reform of interest rate system and the problems our government should pay more attention to.Chapter 5 analyzes the pressing and necessary of implementing interest rate marketization in our country, providing feasible processes accordingly and then briefly appraises the current foreign currency rate reform.The last chapter discusses the effects of interest rate marketization on our country's economy life in all aspects, including banking, security market, insurance, enterprises, residents and so on.
